About Us: The People Who Dry Out Bellevue Homes

Our team is a water damage crew working in homes and condos across Bellevue. We don't sell franchises, and we don't hand your job to someone else; the people who take your call are the people who show up with the extraction gear.

How we approach a job

We measure before we cut. Moisture meters and thermal imaging tell us where the water went, which means we remove only the drywall, flooring or insulation that really needs to go. Every visit gets a written moisture log, so you and your insurance adjuster can see the readings fall day by day rather than taking our word for it.

We also explain what we're doing while we do it. If something can be saved, we say so. If it can't, we show you why. And when Bellevue's rules call for a plumbing permit on part of the repair, we tell you up front instead of surprising you at the end.

Where we work

All 16 of Bellevue's neighborhood areas, from Bridle Trails and Northwest Bellevue down through Wilburton, Woodridge and Factoria to Newport and Cougar Mountain/Lakemont. We see a lot of split-level basements in Lake Hills and Somerset, and a growing share of high-rise condo leaks downtown.

What we won't do

We won't pad an estimate, pressure you to sign on the doorstep, or tell you a wall is dry when the meter says otherwise.
